Player 1, keyboard commands:

Arrow keys (or ASDW) - Movements
Z - Kick (or means "Enter" if you are in the menu)
Z (Holding and releasing) - Strong kick
X (when jumping) - Headbutt (or means "Back" if you are in the menu)
Shift - Dash

Player 2, keyboard (or gamepad) commands:

JKLI - Movements
Del - Kick (or means "Enter" if you are in the menu)
Del (Holding and releasing) - Strong kick
End  (when jumping) - Headbutt (or means "Back" if you are in the menu)
Backspace - Dash
